KHADAFY FOUNDATION ACTIVITIES

The Khadafy Foundation will seek to instill in young people of the community a sense of values, ethics, morals and scruples through a program of mentoring, education and media awareness.

The Khadafy Foundation will be a resource and referral center for assistance in drug, alcohol, and gang prevention strategies.

The Khadafy Foundation will provide and establish programs for conflict resolution and anger management through individual and family education.

The Khadafy Foundation will establish ongoing job training programs, tutoring and after school programs, offering positive alternatives to drug usage and selling, etc.

The Khadafy Foundation further seeks:

* To provide support services to anyone who has lost a loved one, through murder, fatal injury, tragic accidents, or catastrophic illness.

* To provide or recommend such service as information, consultations, some benefits and understanding to individuals and families.

* To provide pro bono paralegal services to those individuals who express a need and whenever deemed necessary and within the capability of the Foundation.

* To provide educational and counseling services to individuals in need of such services for personal, economic or legal reasons.
